Director
With over 25 years of experience as both a BCA Consultant and Access Consultant across Council and private consultancy roles, Warwick brings deep, hands-on expertise across all building types and is able to assess BCA compliance for both new building designs and existing buildings undergoing alteration, addition or change of use.
Warwick spent over 16 years at Jensen Hughes Pacific, most recently as Technical Lead – Code Consulting (2019–2026), where he led complex BCA compliance strategies for a wide range of projects. Prior to this, he served as Manager (2015–2019) and Senior Building Regulations Consultant (2010–2014), advising on and interpreting Building Regulations and associated documentation across numerous developments in Sydney and New South Wales.
As a Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) in NSW and holder of AIBS National Accreditation (Level 1), Warwick has the knowledge and insight to ensure proactive compliance advice and strategies are employed throughout the entire approvals and design lifecycle of a development.
Where discretionary calls need to be made, Warwick provides sound opinion and justification for the strategies applied, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and design teams alike. With broad knowledge of BCA, Access, and Fire Safety requirements, Warwick is skilled at reconciling conflicting requirements to ensure building designs meet project deliverables.
With a pragmatic approach to consulting, Warwick carefully considers which elements require upgrade or modification, ensuring that any upgrading is appropriate to the risks involved and commensurate with the extent of works undertaken.

Jarryd Beckman brings more than 12 years of construction industry experience across certification and consulting, giving him a strong and practical understanding of the Australian regulatory framework and its application to a broad range of project types.
Jarryd co-founded BCAlign in February 2026, bringing with him a career built across some of Sydney's most established building certification and consulting firms. He spent over 4 years at Jensen Hughes, progressing from Building Regulations Consultant (2019–2022) to Senior Building Regulations Consultant (2022–2023) across Greater Sydney and wider Australian projects, before moving to Steve Watson & Partners as Senior Building Regulations Consultant (2023–2026), where he further sharpened his expertise in BCA and Access compliance across the Sydney market.
His approach to BCA and Access consulting is defined by clarity, practicality and commercial insight, enabling clients to make confident, well-informed decisions. As a NSW Building Surveyor (Unrestricted), Jarryd is highly proficient in interpreting the BCA and associated Australian Standards, ensuring compliance strategies are technically robust while remaining aligned with project goals.
His experience spans commercial, residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments, allowing him to address complex compliance matters with balanced judgement and a focus on practical, achievable outcomes. Josh's career spans several respected Sydney-based building certification and consulting firms. He began as a Building Regulations Consultant at BCA Logic Pty Ltd (2020–2022), before progressing to Senior Building Surveyor at Steve Watson & Partners (2023–2026), where he spent over 3 years managing BCA compliance across a wide range of Sydney developments.
As a Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) in NSW, he applies a strong technical understanding of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards to help designers, developers and asset owners achieve compliance that aligns with both regulatory intent and project objectives.
His experience spans commercial, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments, allowing him to approach complex compliance issues with technical accuracy, practicality and sound judgement.
