    With over 12 years in the construction industry, including more than a decade working within the Australian regulatory environment, Josh provides clear, practical and commercially focused BCA and Access advice that supports confident decision-making across complex projects.

    As a Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) in NSW, he applies a strong technical understanding of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards to help designers, developers and asset owners achieve compliance that aligns with both regulatory intent and project objectives.

    His experience spans commercial, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments, allowing him to approach complex compliance issues with technical accuracy, practicality and sound judgement.

    Josh is committed to a high standard of service, defined by clear communication, fast turnaround and a client-focused approach that prioritises risk management, commercial awareness and consistent project outcomes.

    As a NSW Building Surveyor (Unrestricted), Jarryd is highly proficient in interpreting the BCA and associated Australian Standards, ensuring compliance strategies are technically robust while remaining aligned with project goals.

    His experience spans commercial, residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments, allowing him to address complex compliance matters with balanced judgement and a focus on practical, achievable outcomes.
